Hospital on the verge of a nervous breakdown

In early 2003, 50 beds in the Gonesse Hospital were closed down due to a lack of medical staff. Beds have been closed down in this way for months, and it disorients the entire hospital. From scene to scene, the film plunges us into an absurd and at times comical world peopled by hospital players – both medical and administrative – fighting against all odds for the hospital to function.
